1. Print form and mail with $100 deposit to: Pittsburgh Indoor Sports Arena

  Cheswick, PA 15024  
     
2. Print form and fax to 412-820-7658 and then call 412-820-0657 for credit card payment
     

3. Click on Send Form and call 412-820-0657 for credit card payment

 

 

Camp Fees:


For a Day of Camp:            $35
For a Full (5 day) Week Camp: $160
For (4 day) Week Camp:      $128

Lunch (per week):      $30
  includes meal, chips, drink, and ice-cream

Extended days available:
$30 per week ($7 per day) for
8am - 9am
     or
5pm - 6pm
