$35 per athlete
8-12 Year Olds: 8:15 am – 9:30am
13+ Year Olds: 9:30am – 10:45am

3-week class with detailed instruction on squats, deadlift, and power clean workouts. In conjunction with Core Athletics Classes taught by certified instructors.
